Welcome to Tradeport.com.ph. Any involvement with Tradeport already assumes the user’s full knowledge of and consents to this user agreement and shall be deemed as such. I.       VETO. Tradeport enforces strict prohibition of the following:

a.     Irresponsible posting, which includes, but is not limited to:

                                i.    Posting information in an inappropriate category or area of the website.

                               ii.    Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, libelous, harassing, provoking content or information; including personal information and user comments.

                              iii.    Posting prohibited, problematic, and potentially infringing items which include but not limited to: 1) counterfeit currency and stamps, 2) credit cards, 3) illegal drugs, prescription drugs and devices, 4) firearms, ammunition, 5) government IDs and licenses, 6) human parts and remains, 7) lock picking devices, 8) lottery tickets, 9) mailing lists and personal information, 10) stolen property, 11) stocks and other securities, 12) pornographic materials.

                             iv.    Distribution of spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, out-of-topic material or any content that is of no relation to the nature and services of Tradeport.

b.     Abuse of Tradeport and its Rights, which includes, but is not limited to:

                                i.    Using the site if you are under the age of eighteen (18) or are for one reason or another not allowed to enter into legally binding contracts/

                               ii.    Distributing viruses and other technologies that are damaging or potentially harmful to the interests, properties, and above all users of Tradeport/

                              iii.    Manipulation or circumvention of any Tradeport system, process, or structure which includes but is not limited to fee structure, billing process, feedback or rating system, price and other user listings/

                             iv.    Copy, modification, or distribution of any content from Tradeport and its copyrights and trademarks.

c.     Infringement of Legal and/or Human Rights as provided by the Constitution, laws, ordinances, statues, regulations, codes; which includes but is not limited to those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, false advertising.

II.     BREACH. Any violation of the stipulations herein will warrant an appropriate action. Although other resolutions may be considered, Tradeport may immediately issue a warning, temporary or indefinite suspension, termination of user’s membership, or any action that is deemed necessary and fair by Tradeport to address any escalation or anomaly particularly 1) if the user violates any term and condition of use; 2) if Tradeport is unable to authenticate any information provided by the user; 3) if Tradeport deems that the user's actions may cause legal liability for the user, other users, and/or Tradeport

III.   TRADEPORT DUTY. Tradeport is an active guarantor of information (including banking, availability of payment) and facilitator of transactions.

a.     Item Pricing. Tradeport cannot confirm the price of an item until the BUYER has placed the order. Despite our best efforts, some of the items in Tradeport may be mispriced. If an item’s stated price is higher than the actual price, Tradeport will immediately confirm the order and price with the BUYER.

b.     Receipt of Payment. It is Tradeport’s responsibility to facilitate and receive payments through Tradeport’s bank accounts.

c.     Item Availability. It is Tradeport’s responsibility to coordinate with the merchants regarding the item availability.

d.     Item Shipping. It is Tradeport’s responsibility to punctually and properly ship the order to the BUYER via courier service.

IV.    GENERAL

a.     If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall still be enforced. Should such or any amendment arise, users shall be notified via the Tradeport website and not individually via email; it is then the users’ responsibility to know such or any amendment. Continued access and use of Tradeport website and services already assumes the awareness and agreement of amendment/s and shall be deemed as such.

b.     Should Tradeport overlook and fail to act on a certain breach of Agreement made by any user, our right to act upon any subsequent or similar breaches is neither undermined nor waived.
