How does Tradeport work?
Tradeport is an eMall where popular stores and brands “open” and make their products available for online purchase. Tradeport is a mediator between the stores and buyers – where Tradeport facilitates payments and delivers the goods to the buyers via courier.

Item Availability
How come there’s no stock availability indicated in the Tradeport website?
Tradeport does not stock items or inventory, since Tradeport sells brands and stores within the Philippines only. Orders are relayed to the stores as orders are received.

How will I know if an item is still available for purchase?
All items are available for purchase unless the item becomes "Out of Stock" - meaning actual stocks in physical stores have run out.

I know the item is out of stock. But can I still pay for it and wait for new stocks to arrive?
The “Buy” button becomes inactive when an item has become out of stock, therefore you won’t be able to complete any payment.
For popular items that have run out of stock, but will be replenished soon, an “Order This Item” button will appear beside the item.

When is an item reserved for my order?
Items are reserved under your account after you click the “Place Your Order” and receive an email and an SMS confirmation that we have received your order. Adding an item in your cart does not reserve the items for you.
Tradeport is online 24/7. However, our offices are open only on weekdays: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, and are closed during weekends.
• For orders placed during weekdays, during office hours, we will confirm your order shortly via SMS or email, within 20-30minutes after you have placed your order.
• For orders placed during weekdays, after office hours, we will confirm your order on the next working day.
• For orders placed during weekends, we will confirm your order Monday morning or on the next working day.
Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for a popular item to be available while on the item page, but find out later that it has become out of stock by the time you placed your order.

What if my order suddenly becomes out of stock, can I get a refund?
Yes of course. Payments made either via bank deposit or Paypal will be refunded in full, with no surcharges. You will receive an SMS message and an email confirming the refund.

Tradeport Points
What are Tradeport points and how do I earn them?
Be awarded with points for each action or activity you do within Tradeport.
All new registered users get 10 points automatically.
Below is the list of actions and their corresponding number of points:

What can I do with my points?
You could use your points as discount vouchers when making a purchase in Tradeport.
3 points = P 1.00! So for every 3 points you collect, you earn an equivalent of one peso (P1.00) discount voucher.
The more points you collect, the bigger the discounts you can get! For example, you have 10,000 points in your account. 10,000 points is equal to P3,333.00. Therefore, you can use your points to get any item worth Php3,333.00, or less, for free!

Where can I check the status of my points?
The current total count of your points is displayed at the top right-hand side of the Tradeport header. Or, for a more detailed report, you can check the status (used, unused, and total) of your points by logging in and checking your wallet in “Your Tradeport” account.

How can I redeem my points?
For now, points redemption is automatic when you purchase an item. Upon checking out, your points will automatically be deducted from your total price. You cannot save your points for a later purchase.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is the world’s most popular mediator for online purchasing. “Pay anyone without revealing your credit card number”. PayPal is the unanimously globally preferred middleman who is accredited by all major accredited banks. Visit PayPal's website to learn more.

How do I pay via PayPal?
You must have a PayPal account to use/avail of this option. Creating an account is easy, as the procedure is already integrated into Tradeport’s ordering process. You don’t need a business license nor special technology to send or receive money through PayPal. The only requirements are a valid email address and a valid credit card.
Note: Payments made to Tradeport via PayPal are in US Dollars / USD / US$.

Can I use a Peso credit card when I pay via PayPal?
Yes you can. However, if you use a Peso credit card, the peso prices will be converted to U.S. dollar. The USD-Peso conversion rate can be seen in PayPal’s website during your checkout. On the other hand, there will be no dollar-to-peso conversion rate when you use a U.S. dollar credit card.

When I pay via PayPal, will I know the exact amount that will be charged to my credit card?
Yes. During checkout, PayPal will give you your order summary and the actual details that will appear in your credit card statement.

How do I pay via bank deposits / transfers?
Once we confirm your order, kindly make the deposit within 48 hours. Your item will be reserved for you for only 48 hours. If you are unable to make the deposit within 48 hours, your item will be made available to other buyers.
If you prefer the traditional and secure payment option, you can add funds into your Tradeport account via over the counter bank deposits, phone banking or internet banking. Just follow these 3 easy steps:

What will happen if I don’t or forget to text Tradeport about my deposit?
Your deposit will be considered as floating, and will not be reflected in your Tradeport account. A floating deposit will not be processed, until you provide the necessary information needed to prove or verify your deposit. Tradeport will not be held liable if ever you lose your deposit slip or forget your deposit details. You will be responsible for coordinating with the bank regarding your deposit details.
Since you are given only 48 hours to make the deposit, we advise you to notify us as soon as you’ve made the deposit so we can process your order.

Delivery and Shipping
Where does Tradeport ship?
Tradeport ships nationwide, anywhere in the Philippines. We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.

How does Tradeport ship?
Your items will be shipped via courier service. You may track the status of your orders by logging in and viewing “Your Tradeport” page.

How soon can I receive my items?
Tradeport’s goal is for you to receive your items within 24-48 hours after you have placed your order.
However, for pre-order items or popular items that have become out of stock, it may take some time until the stocks arrive. For this reason, you can specify your shipping preferences:
• Ship my items all together. - You are willing to wait until all your orders are available and are grouped together in a single shipment.
You will be charged with only the highest shipping cost (single address).
• Ship my items as soon as they are available. - You can’t wait for your orders to arrive.
You want items to be individually shipped to you as soon as stocks are available.

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes you can send multiple addresses. You will be prompted to specify your preference during checkout.

Return and Exchange
Can I return or exchange an item?
All items purchased in Tradeport are non-refundable. A single exception would be that of Pre-Order items, which could be refunded if the delivery date is not met.
If you would like to return an item due to damage or defect, please email us at customercare@tradeport.com.ph within seven (7) business days upon receipt of merchandise so we can investigate the matter and facilitate a replacement.
