Tradeport ships nationwide; to almost any deliverable address within the Philippines – Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao. We currently do not ship internationally.
For orders within Metro Manila, customers usually receive their orders within 1-2 days. For orders outside Metro Manila, it takes about 2-3 days on average. Kindly note that these time schedules also depend on the item availability, size, and destination of the order.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and we cannot guarantee a delivery at a specific time of the day, unless otherwise requested with Customer Service.
The following policy describes how we process our deliveries.
Terms and Conditions :
The customer must agree that the delivery details and address that they provide as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.
All purchased items amounting to P2,000.00 and above that is paid via credit card online (PayPal) should be received personally by the buyer (credit card holder).
The buyer must then present two valid ID's and provide photocopy of the said ID upon delivery of items.
Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
We have the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details entered by the client but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
In case the buyer wonít be able to personally receive his orders, he must provide the names of 1-2 authorized representatives or proxies (prior to delivery).
If a delivery is late, we will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
If the product is not delivered or is damaged due to courier negligence, we will arrange for a full refund, with no surcharge. <
Orders are usually dispatched on the same day that they were processed, depending on item availability.
Shipping rates depend on the size and destination of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order, you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order.
We take the utmost care to ensure that all products are properly & securely packaged to prevent leakage or breakage.
Orders placed, paid and confirmed before 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed same day in most cases, if there is a delay we will notify you of the reason for delay.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4:00 pm will generally be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

For orders within Metro Manila, we use either Tradeportís own delivery team, or Air21 and LBC, depending on the size and destination. For orders outside Metro Manila, we use Air21.
Note: We will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as storms, earthquakes, flood, nor if the cause of the delay is through the negligence of our couriers. Our duty after the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse is to follow-up with the assigned courier, if any.
Our deliveries to are based on GMT+8:00 and in Philippine business days. Next Day delivery means next business day. You may also contact us here for request on delivery dates, adjustments and other concerns.

Tradeport offers convenient payment options: bank deposits and Paypal (Credit Cards), accessone (RCBC account holder), and WeePay (ATM).
When will I get my item/s?
Since Tradeport ships only within the Philippines via Air21, LBC and Tradeport logistics team, you can receive your item as soon as tomorrow, provided we have already confirmed your payment.

You might be wondering why Tradeport has no item availability indicated in the website. This is because Tradeport's item availability depends on the item availability of our merchants.
